Brazilian players dominated the GGMillion$ High Roller final table at GGPoker, with five of the top six finishers from Brazil. Carlos Ribeiro won $406,521 and a $10,000 live GGMillion$ package for the 2026 WSOP Paradise festival later this year scheduled.

The latest $10,000 GGMillion$ High Roller at GGPoker produced an unusual final table, with six of the nine finalists representing Brazil. The event attracted 197 entrants and generated a $2,010,000 prize pool.

By the time the tournament concluded, five Brazilians had finished inside the top six, collectively securing more than $1.3 million of the $1.67 million that remained available at the final table.

Carlos Ribeiro ultimately claimed the title. The victory marked a significant result for Ribeiro, who had played in GGPoker's GGMillion$ only 14 times previously and had recorded two cashes.

His run to the final table was his first in the event, and he converted that appearance into the tournament victory.

Alisson Piekazewicz began the final table as the chip leader with 5,568,994 chips. Bernardo Soares followed with 3,264,487, while Ribeiro held 3,172,871.

The same three players eventually occupied the top three positions, although their finishing order differed from the order at the start of the final table.

Dalton Hobold entered the final table with the shortest stack and became the first player eliminated.

Piekazewicz opened from the hijack holding nine-seven of clubs, while Hobold defended his big blind with king-queen of diamonds from a 12 big blind stack.

Hobold checked the nine-deuce-deuce flop before check-raising all-in after Piekazewicz made a continuation bet.

Piekazewicz called, and the turn and river failed to improve Hobold's hand. Hobold was eliminated in ninth place.

Ribeiro began heads-up play with a 58 big blind stack against Piekazewicz's 45 big blinds. Piekazewicz quickly overturned that deficit, however, and the chip lead changed hands several times during the one-on-one contest.

Neither player was able to establish lasting control before the decisive hand arrived. Ribeiro limped with ace-five, and Piekazewicz responded by raising with pocket queens. Ribeiro then moved all-in, with Piekazewicz quickly calling.

An ace on the flop shifted the advantage to Ribeiro. Piekazewicz picked up a flush draw on the turn, but Ribeiro's hand ultimately held to secure the victory.

Ribeiro Takes $406,521 and WSOP Paradise Package

Ribeiro collected $406,521 for the win, along with a $10,000 package for the live edition of the GGMillion$, which will be held at the 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise festival later this year.

The result completed a heavily Brazilian final table, with five Brazilians among the top six finishers and the group accounting for more than $1.3 million of the $1.67 million remaining at the final table.
